1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.pconsultin.shop and the services provided by AR&P CONSULTING LLC ("we," "us," "the Firm"), located at 6479 Lake Mathias Dr, New Albany, OH 43054, United States. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. A signed engagement agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Services & Scope

We provide consulting services across six practice tracks:

• Management & Strategy — administrative, business, and general management; start-up; financial management (excluding investment advice); medical office; records; reorganization; site location and selection; strategic planning;
• People & Compensation — actuarial (excluding insurance actuarial), benefits, compensation, employee assessment, HR, labor relations, organization development, personnel;
• Market & Growth — customer service management, marketing, product development, sales management;
• Operations & Logistics — customs, efficiency, freight and tariff rates, inventory, logistics and supply chain, manufacturing, materials, operations research, distribution, production, productivity, telecom, transportation, utilities;
• Environment — ecological restoration, environmental, reclamation planning, sanitation, site remediation, wetlands;
• Technical & Scientific — agricultural, agrology, agronomy, biological, building envelope, chemical, dairy herd, economic, energy, entomology, geochemical, horticultural, hydrology, livestock breeding, motion picture, nuclear energy, physics, radio, roof, safety, security, veterinary, waterproof.

3. Proposals & Engagements

Engagements begin with a brief and a scoping conversation, then a written proposal describing deliverables, approach, timeline, and fees. No engagement exists — and no work begins — until a proposal is accepted in writing. The proposal and any engagement agreement define the work; assumptions not stated are not included.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information relevant to the engagement;
• Make personnel and records reasonably available when the work requires them;
• Review and respond to deliverables within agreed review windows;
• Make decisions needed to keep the engagement moving;
• Implement recommendations at your own judgment and risk — we advise, you decide.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential, use it solely for the engagement, and restrict it to the assigned team. Information already public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from third parties is not confidential. Both parties may be required to disclose information by law; where permitted, we will notify you before compelled disclosure.

Reports and deliverables prepared specifically for your engagement are yours upon full payment. We retain our pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, and tools — which remain our property even where embedded in deliverables — along with a license for you to use deliverables internally for their intended purpose.

8. Fees & Payment

Fees are stated in proposals — fixed-fee, milestone, or time-based as the work dictates. Expenses are billed at cost where agreed in advance. Invoices are due per stated terms; overdue balances may accrue interest at the maximum lawful rate, and work may pause on accounts in arrears.

9. Scheduling & Changes

Engagements run to agreed timelines; material changes to scope, schedule, or assumptions are handled by written change order with revised fees where appropriate. Either party may end an engagement per the notice terms in the engagement agreement; work completed to that point is billable.

10. Website Use

By using this website you agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the site;
• Use the site to harass, impersonate, or harm others;
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial purposes without permission;
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms;
• Use the brief form to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

All content on this website — text, graphics, illustrations, and design — is the property of AR&P Consulting LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to our pages; other reproduction requires written permission.

12. Disclaimers

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." Consulting deliverables represent professional judgment based on the information and assumptions available at the time; outcomes depend on implementation and factors beyond our control. We do not warrant specific business results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR&P Consulting LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — or for lost profits or business — arising from this website or our services. Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Firm against third-party claims arising from information you supplied that was inaccurate or rights you did not hold, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

15. General & Contact

• Governing law — these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio;
• Venue — disputes will be resolved in the courts of Franklin or Licking County, Ohio;
• Severability — if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect;
• Changes — we may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
